Due to our ongoing backlog, limited time, staffing, and resources, the ONLY official way to contact us for support is through our helpdesk: https://support.boostednw.com.

  • Do not email us or comment on random Facebook/Instagram posts expecting a response. We simply do not have the capacity to monitor all platforms at this time.
  • If you genuinely need support, please submit a ticket at https://support.boostednw.com this help desk is monitored daily.
  • Order status inquiries: Please do not use the support portal for simple order status updates. Our ordering system is fully automated, and you will receive email updates whenever there is a change to your order. If you haven’t received an email, there are no updates yet—there’s no need to ask, as this only delays our operations further.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through our backlog and resume to normal operations and multiple methods of support as we previously had.

Whatever you hear on facebook, instagram, groups is likely from a few disgruntled customers that got impatient, we appreceiate the ones that are patient and understanding. Contrary to their beliefs, we aren’t going anywhere and are working back towards getting operations back how they were pre mid-2024 as quickly as possible. We are going NO WHERE. 🙏Thank you Everyone who supports!
