Operations Status Update

jowens, March 1, 2026

Our pick and place machine is officially back up and running. (if you have no idea what that means, its a machine that picks the tiny parts(resistors, capacitors, chips that go together to complete a circuit and get placed on our boards). These parts are tiny and in the begining we used to place all these components on every board by hand and tweezers for months. Until orders and production got way ahead of us and we got a machine to do those tasks. Years past, that machine had some failures that were just parts that went bad mostly due to high use and we only had ONE of them. That caused us to still have higher volume production needs without the equipment to do it. This has not only caused delays to you, but to us, and also a huge monetary hit in lost sales, cancelled orders, etc. This was not expected, intentional and we definitely did not want to be in this situation.

After a major disassembly, repair, and full recalibration, we are now working through the final kinks and dialing everything in properly. We are actively manufacturing multiple types of boards including burners, dataloggers, chips, Bluetooth modules, ECUs, and more. As always, our commitment remains the same: Local. U.S. Made. Controlled. Done Right.

We focus on quality over quantity. We are not in the business of mass producing parts just to sell more or move volume. That means we stay hands on. Smaller batches. Built right here in our single U.S. shop. Every board is assembled, programmed, tested, and quality checked under one roof where we maintain full control of the entire process. We will not be pressured into outsourcing overseas just to rush production or increase margins. We refuse to mass produce parts in places where we cannot control the process simply to “speed things up.” That has never been our model and never will be. This is exactly why we have had next to zero warranty issues throughout our entire history of manufacturing electronics.

Every single part that leaves here is built carefully, assembled correctly, programmed by hand, tested thoroughly, and personally QC’d. Nothing leaves the bench without being touched, inspected, and verified. Yes, that means production is limited. Yes, that means it takes time. I am one person overseeing programming, testing, and QC. That is intentional. Rushed work and cheap shortcuts always cost more in the end. We see it constantly. People chase the cheapest option, end up with poorly assembled overseas boards, then pay twice to have it fixed correctly. That is not how we operate.

Keeping things in the U.S. means we are not Amazon-speed. It means we are not pumping out container loads of anonymous boards from overseas factories. It means we take longer; but it also means greater quality, reliability, accountability, and consistency. We understand that delays are frustrating. What many do not see is that our time was unexpectedly pulled in directions that truly mattered. Family required our full attention. When life hits hard, priorities become very clear. Family comes first. Always. Even during that time, we did not shut the doors. We continued working, troubleshooting equipment, answering messages(as time allows, but again we dont have tons of employees to man phones and emails, social media all day every day…we have made this very clear for quite some time now), building when we could, and maintaining the business while handling serious personal and family matters. It has not been easy, but we refused to abandon what we’ve built over the years, even as others continue to try and destroy us(mostly because they are immature, envious, lack morals, and have zero business sense(or maybe even life sense)).

To anyone judging how long this has taken, or how long we have been dealing with these challenges… ( we have seen this WAY too many times over the month, honestly its disturbing people can think this extremely self centered and childish way)…understand this clearly: you do not know what is happening behind the scenes in someone’s life. Passing judgment on circumstances you do not understand is not strength. It is ignorance and disrespect.

Do you think we wanted this? Before these disruptions, business was booming. We were at the top of our game and moving strong. Momentum was real. Growth was real. None of this was planned. But life happens. Equipment fails. Families need you. And when that moment comes, we choose to stand where we are needed most. We will never apologize for putting family first. Anyone who believes business should override real life priorities will eventually get their own reality check. That is how life works.

To those who think its fun colluding online with others to find an address and “roll up” and do whatever you think you’re gonna do. (again this type of, childish, bullying/”ganging up”, high school level behavior just shows either what type of person you are, or that you truly are just young and dumb). Let it be known, if there is one single person that comes to, on, or anywhere around our property(which mind you, is PRIVATE PROPERTY and NOT a public place of business), with intentions of harassment or violence… You are not welcome uninvited or without an appointment and will be tresspassing. We will use every bit of force necessary in such circumstances do defend ourselves/family/property if you come on these terms. Think before you act, because it WILL NOT end the way you think it will.

To those who continue to spread negativity or try to weaponize delays; we wish you well & we heard Karma.. she can be a real bitch! (oh did that language hurt your feelers too? We have no PR to answer to, cause again we are NOT amazon and not trying to be, thus no we don’t care what you think about what we say publicly as a business if you are initially the disrespectful one.) You cannot stand and cry/talk shit without expecations of it back just because you are talking to a “business” and that’s not how “businesses” are “supposed” to respond. Well, when you crossed the line, those business ethics drop right off the board and you are just as much fair game. Sorry not sorry. Give respect to get respect. Period.

To the customers who read our updates, show patience, and continue supporting us with understanding and respect; we truly appreciate you! You are the reason we continue!

We are not going anywhere. We will complete every order as quickly as our very small business can. We will continue building parts the right way. And we will continue standing behind our work.

If someone chooses speed over quality, that is their decision. If someone chooses to spread hate, be disrespectful to us and spread misinformation to others, that is their decision. Read for yourself, THINK for yourself, and don’t pass judgement off of hearsay. We choose integrity. We choose control. We choose family, and if you are a respectful human we consider you part of the BoostedNW family and a valued customer. (To the others, hopefully its clear now why you are being ignored).

The smart will read, understand and continue to support. The weak will continue to hate and continue to be blacklisted/blocked and ignored.

Sorry. End rant. Some things just needed to be said. Back to building boards and slowly climbing back up to where we once were!
