We want to take a moment to provide an update on current challenges affecting parts availability, delivery timelines, and pricing.
Over the past several months, we’ve been experiencing significant delays in parts delivery and backorders from several of our key suppliers. This is largely due to global supply chain disruptions and tariff-related complications that have directly impacted both the cost and availability of certain components.
Additionally, recent tariff changes have caused major cost increases on several imported parts, forcing us to reevaluate some of our sourcing strategies. In some cases, the increases have been so steep that continuing with our original suppliers is no longer sustainable. As a result:
- We are actively working to qualify new suppliers and identify alternative components to ensure continuity.
- Where necessary, we are also redesigning certain products to accommodate more readily available and cost-effective parts without compromising performance or quality.
We understand how frustrating delays and backorders can be, and we’re doing everything in our power to minimize the impact on your experience. Our team is working hard to improve lead times and stabilize our supply chain, and we will continue to communicate openly as changes arise.
