🚨 Official Statement from BoostedNW 🚨

To our loyal customers and supporters:

It has come to our attention that certain individuals—who would like to think they are our “competition”—have been actively campaigning with other people to spread false and defamatory content about BoostedNW. These bad-faith actors are encouraging others to post fraudulent claims of unreceived orders, fabricate fake reviews, and even go as far as sharing AI-generated/altered or HTML-altered images to mislead the public. This campaign is a deliberate attempt to damage our hard-earned reputation.

Let’s be clear:
📦 Orders are not charged until they ship — unless a customer specifically requests otherwise (e.g., to lock funds or secure stock). This has been our policy since day one, going all the way back to 2017. You can ask ANYBODY but these select few people/their little clan.( which seems odd doesn’t it?), and they will tell you exactly that. Nothing gets charged until the day or day before it goes out the door and the customer gets a tracking number!

We understand the frustration some may feel during delays, especially as we’ve been open and transparent regarding the impact of the personal tragedies on our family and staff. We’ve posted every update publicly here:

We barely have time to respond to legitimate inquiries—let alone waste energy addressing fabricated nonsense. We’ve never scammed anyone, and those who have followed us know that.

As for the false claims, doctored images, and defamatory reviews being circulated: this is libel—and it’s illegal. Our legal team is preparing to take action. That includes sending cease and desist letters and pursuing any necessary legal remedies.

👉 To our past and current customers: If you’ve had a genuine experience with us—especially recently—we ask that you take a moment to leave an honest, current review on any of our platforms:

  • Google Maps reviews

We’re fulfilling orders every single day for customers who are either perfectly happy or understandably a bit annoyed by delays—but still overall satisfied. Your honest feedback goes a long way in helping us counter the lies being spread. It would be greatly appreciated.

We urge our community to stay vigilant and think critically. Not everything you see online is true—especially when it’s coming from “salty” individuals with an agenda.

To those trying to smear our name: enjoy your little moment. But understand that accountability is coming.
