We wanted to give a quick update to everyone currently waiting on PNP ECU orders.
Some of our incoming parts and PCB shipments are currently delayed in customs. This is unfortunately outside of our control, and it has slowed down our normal production timeline. We know a lot of you are eager to get your ECUs in hand, and we do not take that lightly. Every order matters, and we understand the frustration that comes with delays like this.
As soon as these components clear and arrive, we will be moving quickly to get builds completed and shipped out in the order they were received.
Payment Authorization Update
If you noticed that your order’s authorization amount was returned, this is expected. Authorizations are only valid for a limited time. Since we do not capture payments until your items are ready to ship, some authorizations may expire before we complete your order.
When your order is ready, your card will be re-authorized and charged at that time.
No action is needed on your end (other than ensuring the amount stays avaliable to be charged).
We do this to ensure you are only actually charged when your order is complete and ready to go out, not while you are waiting on production.
We appreciate your patience while we work through this. The goal has always been to deliver high-quality, reliable products, and that does not change even when things slow down.
