📢 Addressing the Rumors: Setting the Record Straight 📢

We’ve recently noticed a wave of unfounded rumors being spread by a few disgruntled individuals, and we want to take a moment to address this directly and transparently.

First and foremost: no one has been scammed. Every order placed with us is being processed within the timelines we clearly communicated before purchase. We’ve always been upfront about our current status, including shipping delays due to a family tragedy, temporary closures, staffing challenges, and production delays. These challenges have been publicly shared in numerous updates, and we deeply appreciate the understanding and support from the majority of our amazing customers during this time. 💙

Anyone claiming otherwise is spreading outright lies. And to those who want to “report” their non-shipped (and non-charged) orders to their credit card companies: the joke is on you. You can’t dispute a charge that doesn’t exist. We’d gladly provide proof to anyone accusing us of wrongdoing—and happily put your baseless accusations on blast. 🙃

We’ve also noticed rumors being spread by a few impatient individuals and, possibly, trolls with ulterior motives. Let’s be real: no one has been scammed. The truth is, some people placed orders knowing full well about our current shipping timelines—clearly outlined before they checked out—and then decided to complain when their orders didn’t ship as fast as Amazon Prime.

We understand delays are frustrating. Trust us, we’re working diligently to catch up and get every order out as quickly as possible. We don’t like being behind any more than you like delayed orders. Our team has faced significant challenges this year, including a family tragedy, temporary closures, and staffing shortages. Despite this, we’re committed to delivering the quality products you know and love.

If you’re unable to wait, please don’t place an order and later complain. It’s that simple. To our incredible customers who’ve shown patience, understanding, and support: you are the reason we keep going. 🙏 Your kindness means the world to us.

Rest assured, we’re making steady progress, and every single order will be fulfilled. Thank you for being part of our journey and for bearing with us as we push through these challenges. 💙
