We wanted to take a moment to give everyone a transparent update on where things stand at BoostedNW.
Production is still ongoing—just slower than usual. We’re not a large company, and lately I’ve personally had limited availability due to health-related reasons. That said, every single order is still being worked on and will ship as quickly as we physically can.
Items that show “In Stock” are, in most cases, genuinely in stock. However, that doesn’t mean they ship instantly—each order still needs to be processed, packed, and queued in the order it was received. Please keep that in mind as we work through the backlog.
Work on ECU queue services has been paused for the past couple of weeks for the same reason. This is temporary—things are already moving toward resolution, and production will begin picking up again soon across all areas.
We completely understand the excitement (and sometimes impatience) that comes with waiting for your parts, but please avoid sending messages across every platform asking for updates. We simply don’t have the manpower to keep up with Facebook comments, DMs, emails, phone calls, and support tickets while also trying to build, repair, and ship your orders. Every minute spent answering repetitive messages is a minute not spent on production.

Now, a quick word on something less fun but important—negativity and misinformation. Due to these slower-than-usual turnaround times, there’s been a growing crowd of “haters” who seem to expect Amazon Prime speeds from a small, hands-on operation. When they don’t get instant results, they bad-mouth the company to try and spread misinformation and harm our reputation.
Here’s the reality: nothing is charged on your order until it ships. So complaining—or worse, spreading misinformation—about something you haven’t even been charged for is, frankly, wild… and you clearly have issues larger than not getting an order that you weren’t even charged for yet!
If you come across one of these special individuals spouting nonsense, we kindly ask that you point them (and mainly others) toward this post. That way, others can see the truth for themselves and get some real clarity instead of feeding off misplaced outrage. (and maybe the posters can see how stupid they look/are).
