We are still here grinding away, contrary to what some uninformed people or haters may say! (let them hate! 😂 cause clearly its their problem they cannot read or lack patience). We have provided many status updates but we wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for your continued support and patience. Here’s a quick update on where things stand:
✅ Off-the-shelf items like chip kits, cap kits, and most non-manufactured parts are currently shipping out within just a few days. (really just depends on the item, but your order is not charged until physically shipped, so rest assured we want to get your order out ASAP and be able to be paid for said order ASAP as well. We are not delaying on purpose, or shipping things slowly on purpose, That is for SURE! 😁
⏳ In-house manufactured products are still experiencing longer lead times. A few reasons for this include:
- We’re a small operation — just a couple people handling a lot of moving parts each day, we can only do so much and are already working way longer than normal business hours each day.
- Ongoing supply chain issues, including out-of-stock components needed to complete certain units.
- Part revisions on select items due to parts supply chain issues/discontinued parts, which have caused delays as we adapt designs.
- Increased tariffs and material costs, adding extra friction to our sourcing process.
We’re working hard every single day to get every order out as quickly as physically possible. Each order and product has its own challenges, but please know that we’re doing our absolute best.
Honestly we need to expand and hire on more help to get things done faster, but after our life events last year (death of close family member and time off surrounding that tragedy to deal with it, family(kid) things), and personal mental health after such event) that led up to all these snowballed delays we are not in a place to do that at the moment. We appreceiate the continued support and the continued flow of orders as that is what is keeping us going and we are doing our best to get you what you order ASAP!
USPS Picks up at our location every day, Packages are going out but like described above… it depends what you order if it goes out right away or not (if its something we can pick and box it goes out within a few days, if its things still waiting on manufacturing or delays we get those done ASAP for that specific thing. We have alot of different products and all have different manufacturing times and constraints.)
