We wanted to share an important update regarding some recent orders. A group of packages was either stolen before USPS picked them up from our location(packages that left our facility on 12/27), lost in USPS transit, or stolen during transit. Unfortunately, this has affected some of our shipments.
We are working diligently to resolve this situation by repackaging and reshipping all impacted orders as quickly as possible.
If your order was affected, you will receive a direct notification with updates and new tracking information once your replacement is on its way.
