We want to address the current shipping and production delays and provide some transparency about the situation. This year we experienced the loss of a direct family member, which required us to step away several times for family matters and has deeply impacted our operations. ( sort of a snowball effect…)
The delays are due to several challenges:
1️⃣ Part Ordering Delays: Being away caused delays in ordering critical parts needed for production, which has set timelines back further.
2️⃣ Parts Availability: Some parts have been delayed due to manufacturer shortages that are completely outside of our control, further compounding delays.
3️⃣Staff Availability: Production has been halted multiple times as staff has been unavailable, creating a significant backlog.
4️⃣In-House Manufacturing: Every device we produce is manufactured locally and in-house. We don’t farm out production overseas or keep products sitting on shelves ready to ship. Each device is built from the ground up, requiring parts, staff, and time.
If an item you ordered is not “ready” to be packaged and shipped, it means it still needs to be manufactured. For that to happen, we must have all parts in stock for assembly. Without those parts, we simply cannot move forward on that specific product.
To get back to having products ready to go, we need to catch up on backlogs, ensure all parts are in stock, and have the time to produce and manufacture at full capacity. This takes time. A LOT of time.
