Our operations have been paused today and remain paused as of 7:45 PM PST, and will continue to be until the AWS outage is fully resolved. The disruption began around 11:49 PM PST on October 19 and has caused a complete halt to electronic business activity — we’re unable to process orders, print shipping labels, or access backend systems. Therefore no orders went out today, Work has still been happening and those orders ready to ship and just waiting on the shipping label will have labels created as soon as we can access the systems again and they will be shipped out that same day.
The outage originates from Amazon Web Services’ US-EAST-1 region, where service instability continues to impact businesses worldwide.
We’re monitoring AWS recovery updates closely and will resume normal operations the moment systems are restored. All pending orders will be prioritized once functionality returns.
