A few weeks ago, we shared an update about the production delays caused by our pick and place machine failure — a critical tool for assembling our circuit boards. Since then, we’ve been working hard to overcome the setback and wanted to share where things stand today.
🔧 Where We’re At Now
We’re happy to report that we’re finally starting to get caught up on orders and ECU services, little by little. It’s been a slow climb, but every day we’re making more progress — and it feels good to be back on track.
✅ Replacement parts for our primary pick and place machine have arrived and repairs are underway.
✅ In the meantime, we’ve continued hand-assembling PCBs to keep orders moving.
✅ We’re also still on track to receive a second pick and place machine soon, which will significantly improve production speed and provide much-needed redundancy.
We know delays are frustrating, and we can’t thank you enough for your patience, support, and understanding throughout all of this.
📦 If you’re waiting on an order, just know: it’s in the pipeline, and we’re working hard to get it to you as soon as possible.
We’ll continue to post updates as progress continues. Thanks again for sticking with us!
